Call it a blog; call it a rant; call it reflective. Whatever. Let's see what happens here....

More and more of my friends are publishing blogs, so I thought I might give it a try also.

I live in the Hudson Valley of New York State, close to the River and close to the Northern Catskills. A great place to be.

I have (ugh) five cats to whom I am devoted; a nice, spiffy, year 2000 Suzuki GZ 250cc motorcycle that really gets around

*But* the Suzuki is not my *only* means of transportation. I also drive this 1996 GEO Tracker convertible. It is a bit bouncy, but always fun !!
